Product Management
Product Managers build products and features to make users happy. They are responsible for conceptualising, launching, and optimising products according to user needs. Products can range from something small like a new “Add to cart” button, to something larger-scale like the Instagram Reels feature.
In a team, Product Managers play a key role in translating user and business needs into technical needs. They translate user pain points and business objectives into new product ideas. They then define the strategy, roadmap, and features of entire product lines. Finally, they work with engineers and UI/ UX designers to bring these products to life.
