Here’s what this $67M 10-storey building contains: 24/7 halal central kitchen with machines that churn over 85,000 pieces of frozen dough a day, that is transported to stores island-wide for their bread to be made fresh everyday in each outlet. R&D facilities where chefs develop new food concepts, products and reinvent flavours to cater to the different taste profiles in different international markets. Training facilities where outlet employees are trained on customer service, new products, food hygiene, and more. Queen’s Coffee – BreadTalk Group’s very own coffee roaster that provides its signature Nanyang coffee to its outlets.
