- Information You Provide to TalentTribe Through Your Activity on TalentTribe
As part of the standard operation of the Site, TalentTribe may collect and analyse information from your computer or mobile device and actions taken on the Site, including, but not limited to, your resume, your searches on TalentTribe, the titles of jobs you search, click on or apply to, where those jobs are located, salary interest or experience, the general salary range or experience level of the jobs you view (where indicated), your activity time on the Site and each page, page views, clicks, taps, mouse activity, session activity, browser type, operating system, type of device, MAC address, IP address and the domain name from which you accessed the Site.
We may also use various technologies on the Site which may information being collected automatically by us or fr sources such as advertising, sub-contractors in tech vices, analytics providers, search information s and mailing lists.This information does not generally, but may, contain your personal data.In particular, information is likely to be collected as follows:

We collect data from you when you create an TalentTribe account, request information, subscribe for a service, participate in a survey, post a resume, upload content or otherwise actively send us data on our Site. This may include, but is not limited to, your email address, password, first and last name, telephone number (including mobile phone number), address, gender, occupation, interests, and any other data included in a submitted profile or resume, including but not limited to application materials and answers to screener questions submitted to Employers through TalentTribe and answers you give to any questionnaires sent to you. This information may be associated with your profile.

You may also create an account or log in to your TalentTribe using third-party websites including, but not limit nkedIn, Facebook or Google.If you do not already hav ntTribe account but log in to TalentTribe using edIn, Facebook or Google account, this creates a ribe account using the same email address used in your or Google account.If you agree to provide this in to TalentTribe, LinkedIn, Facebook or Google will a te you and redirect you to TalentTribe’s Site.Please note, n you log in to TalentTribe using your LinkedIn, Facebook or Google account, Facebook or Google will cookie you in order to authenticate you as a LinkedIn, Facebook or Google user.
By accessing TalentTribe through your LinkedIn, Facebook or account, you understand that LinkedIn, Facebook or G l share certain data detailed in the above para the purposes of authentication to permit you to acces e in a secure manner.You may stop this at any po your LinkedIn, Facebook or Google account.This information will be considered TalentTribe account information for purposes of your use of the Site.
You have the ability to disable the connection between your Li Facebook or Google account and your TalentTribe accoun time by accessing your privacy settings on your Lin cebook or Google account.LinkedIn, Facebook and Google ask for your permission to share certain other d th TalentTribe, including but not limited to your nam e picture, public profile information, and email addre ou give this permission, the requested information shared with TalentTribe, which may use this information to vide Services to you, including populating your TalentTribe profile. The shared information will remain associated with your TalentTribe profile until you modify or delete it.
Please note that your relationship with LinkedIn, Facebook and Go any other third-party website is governed solely by your agreement with such third-party website.
- Information You Provide to TalentTribe Through Your Activity on TalentTribe
- PURPOSES, USES AND DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION
We may use any information collected pursuant to this Privacy Po including Personal Data, for the purposes set forth in this Pri licy, to the extent applicable.TalentTribe uses such infor to help Job Seekers find jobs and to help Employers find candidates.In order to do this, we use your Personal Data to:
- Provide relevant services, products and features to you, inc marketing information, to help Job Seekers find jobs e work performance and employability, and thrive in their career, and Employers find candidates and hire and retain talent more effectively;
- Measure and improve those services, products and features;
- Provide customer support, including responding to, handlin processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
- Troubleshoot crashes associated with specific hardware and software used to access the Site;
- Track user movements and detect usage patterns;
- Analyse trends;
- Gather broad demographic information for aggregate use of the Services;
Your Personal Data may also be anonymised for use by TalentTribe an affiliates for other purposes.We may also disclose anonymised ated information about our users to Employers or affiliates, including but not limited to the total number of our users and their overall demographics.
- Creating an Account, Sending You Job Alerts and Other Promotional Materials
If and to the extent permitted by applicable law, TalentTribe may use your contact information and other Personal Data to:
- Create an account, and verify your identity related to the account.
- Communicate with you, or initiate communication with you on behalf of Employers or a third party.
- Send you job alerts. A job alert is defined as an email sent to you that you sign up for containing Job Listings in response to a search query you have run (“Job Alert”).Job Alerts may also include jobs that TalentTribe recommends for you, TalentTribe targeted ads, companies you may be interested in following, or other actions you may want to take on the Site.
- Send you information about TalentTribe, promotions, events third-party services, products and features re help Job Seekers find jobs, improve work perfor employability, and thrive in their career, and Employers find candidates and hire and retain talent more effectively.
- Send you tips, resources, products, services, training, and/or offers to help Job Seekers find jobs, improve work performance and employability, and thrive in their career, and Employers find candidates and hire and retain talent more effectively.
- Giving You Relevant Search Results and Recommended Jobs and/or Companies
- Matching Job Seekers with Employers
If you have a TalentTribe account, you agree that TalentTribe may contact you or suggest your profile and/or your resume to Employers that might be interested in a person who matches your behaviour on TalentTribe. TalentTribe reserves the right to charge third parties a fee for accessing your information, including Personal Data, as part of TalentTribe’s services.
- Automated Processing of Your Personal Data
In order to optimise the performance of the TalentTribe S services for users, TalentTribe performs automat sing of Personal Data evaluating certain specific aspec ng to a user, in particular to analyse or predict as cerning a user’s personal preferences or interests i f TalentTribe’s Site and services. Where it occurs, s ssing is carried out if it is necessary for the perform ur agreement with our users, to allow TalentTribe to ts services to Job Seekers and Employers, including analysing applications and resumes on behalf of Employers, or in other cases on the basis of a user’s consent.
For example, in certain cases such processing allows TalentT match Job Seekers with Employers effectively, to pro Seekers with job alerts and recommended jobs that the J is likely to be more interested in, to send partic Seeker applications to an Employer, to display search results, or to perform certain spam and fraud detection activities to protect our users.
- Transfer of Information to Employers
Employer account holders agree to comply with all their responsib under applicable data protection rules with respect to ection, processing and storage of Personal Data, as w oviding adequate protection of all data subject rights provided for under all applicable data protection rules.
If you are an Employer, you are only allowed to use the Personal Data of Job Seekers for the following purposes:
- Contact the Job Seeker about employment opportunities at your company;
- Offer the Job Seeker employment.
You are strictly forbidden from sending marketing communicat Individuals using TalentTribe.Such marketing communicati de but are not limited to, newsletters, emails and t ges, which will include promotional materials, product advertising and offers related to your company.
- Transfers of Information to Service Providers
Please also be aware that we may also use third-party cloud providers that provide hosting, data storage and other s ursuant to standard terms and conditions that may egotiable; these service providers have informed us or al public that they apply security measures t der adequate for the protection of information within stem, or they have a general reputation for applying ures.However, we will not be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any damages that may result from the misuse of any information, including Personal Data, by these companies.
- Transfers of Personal Data Outside of Singapore

- Where a Job Seeker Wants to Close a Job Seeker Account
When a Job Seeker closes an account, the Job Seeker will no long access to any of the data we make available under th t name, including but not limited to, search history rch preferences, saved jobs, jobs the Job Seeker has a , job alerts, resume, and any other data associated w ccount.If the Job Seeker uses the same email address to set up a new account, this data from a previous account may not become available to the Job Seeker again.
TalentTribe reserves the right to keep any materials in a closed as necessary to preserve and protect its rights to the rmitted by law (for example, to preserve records of a d r to comply with its obligations under local law (for if requested to retain by law enforcement).A closed acc not mean that all of the data is expunged from the T e systems, although it will not be readily availabl he Job Seeker’s original account name.When the Job S sses the close account button on the dashboard, TalentTribe will begin to process that instruction within 24 hours and will have completed the operation within 40 days.
- Where an Employer Wants to Close an Employer Account
- Where the Employer Contact Details Provided to TalentTribe Are Incorrect
In the event that the electronic destination provided to TalentT the Employer is incorrect, the Job Seeker’s applicatio ls will not be sent to the intended recipient of the ion.TalentTribe has no liability for such applicatio Seekers do not wish to send your application materials in this manner, you should send them directly to the Employer.

The Site may make available links to other websites.When you click on links, you may leave our Site.Your web browser may also discl the third party site the URL of the TalentTribe page you clicked from , and this URL may include search terms and filters you used on TalentTribe.
We make no representations as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of the material on external websites that are linked to, or to any goods and services available from, such websites. We do not monitor or investigate such external websites and we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss arising from the content or accuracy of the material and any opinion expressed in the material should not be taken as our endorsement, recommendation or opinion.
Users of the Site are advised that if they wish to deny the use and s of cookies from this Site onto their computers and/or othe ronic devices, they should take the necessary steps within their internet browsers’ security settings to block all cookies from this Site.
